1. Balances are due and payable in full 30 days prior to reserved date.
    
2. Rentals are for the day of the reserved date only.
    
3. The property may be used the day/evening prior to the rental for rehearsal or decorating IF available.
    
4. Tables and chairs may be used at the Reception Facility or Lake Pavilion, but not on the soil.
    
5. No alcoholic beverages allowed on premises.
    
6. The Chapel must always remain unlocked.
    
7. Minister/musicians are not provided.
    
8. Marriage licenses are obtainable at the Catawba County Register of Deeds office (828-465-1572).
    
9.  In order for motorcoaches to enter/exit property, parking is allowed on one side of the driveway only.
    
10. Restroom facilities included with rental of reception facility only.
    Porta-johns may be placed inconspicuously on the property at renter’s expense.
     
11. Damage fee of $100 will be returned promptly when property is cleaned, all trash is removed, and no damages have occurred.
