Day 1

WEST VIRGINIA • DINNER • CAMBRIDGE:

Join us as we look for famous faces and visit famous places on this trip. We take a scenic ride today through West Virginia, taking in the amazing foliage of George Washington and Jefferson National Forest, named after two of our most famous presidents. We stop in Beckley at the Artisan Center to rest and celebrate the artistry of some local famous people. Our overnight is in Cambridge Ohio where a delicious dinner is included. (D)
Day 2

PRO FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME • MCKINLEY PRESIDENTIAL LIBRARY • HARTVILLE MARKETPLACE • DINNER:

This morning we look back on the legends of football like Terry Bradshaw, Tony Dorsett, Tom Landry, and Joe Greene when we tour the Pro Football Hall of Fame. The one-of-akind Presidential Library and Museum of William McKinley, our 25th president, combines a history museum, an interactive science center, a planetarium, and a research library into one big adventure. Hartville Marketplace and Flea Market is a shopper’s dream, featuring a variety of shops, local goods, and fresh finds all under one roof! We have an included dinner tonight and then check into our hotel near by. (D)
Day 3

CLEVELAND PUBLIC SQUARE • ROCK N ROLL HALL OF FAME • CHAUTAUQUA HARBOR HOTEL • DINNER:

Yesterday we remembered some famous faces. We begin this day with famous places! In the East corner of Cleveland Public Square, we see Soldiers and Sailors Monument honoring 9,000 individuals who served the Union in the Civil War. Key Tower, the tallest building in Ohio stands in the North corner. Snap some photos of these famous places before we head to the waterfront to visit Rock N Roll Hall of Fame for a look, and a listen, to some famous faces! This museum is dedicated to celebrating the history and influential artists, producers, and industry figures who have shaped the genre of rock and roll and its impact on popular music. Next we travel north along the shore of Lake Erie to the Chautauqua Harbor Hotel where we check into our fabulous lakefront hotel to stay two nights. We are treated to an included dinner at the hotel and have time to explore on our own. (D)
Day 4

LEISURE MORNING • LUCY & DESI MUSEUM & NATIONAL COMEDY CENTER • “LUCYTOWN” TOUR • CHAUTAUQUA BELLE DINNER CRUISE:

Enjoy a relaxed morning at the amazing hotel and get ready for some sidesplitting humor when we explore the lives, careers and legacies of America’s most famous redhead, Lucille Ball, and her favorite leading man, Desi Arnaz. Celebrate the First Couple of Comedy on a self-guided tour of the Museum and Comedy Center. The National Comedy Center is devoted to “telling the vital story of comedy in America.” See exhibits of your favorite comedians, movies, sitcoms, and more, in this fun, interactive, and educational center. Next we enjoy a tour of “Lucytown” to see the house that she was born in, the house where she grew up, I Love Lucy murals, statues, her final resting place and much more. To round out this fun-filled day, we board the Chautauqua Belle for a steamship ride and dinner on beautiful Lake Chautauqua. (D)
Day 5

FRANK LLOYD WRIGHT GRAYCLIFF • BUFFALO NAVAL PARK • THEODORE ROOSEVELT HISTORIC SITE • DINNER • NIAGARA FALLS USA:

Graycliff, a summer estate designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, has become a very famous place designed by a nowfamous face. Perched high on a cliff overlooking Lake Erie, Graycliff Estate was one of the most ambitious homes that Wright designed and is aptly called the “Jewel of the Lake.” At Buffalo’s Navy Park we see four famous Naval vessels that served in a variety of military conflicts in our nation’s history plus a beautifully manicured Monument Garden. Step back in time and into the world that TR knew on our visit to Theodore Roosevelt Inaugural National Historic Site. Walk where he walked, see and hear the challenges he faced, and get a sense of what it was like to lead our nation during such a pivotal time in US history. Then wake up your taste buds and get ready for a tasty dinner. We check into our hotel to stay for two nights. (D)
Day 6

CAVE OF THE WINDS • MAID OF THE MIST • HERSCHELL CARROUSEL FACTORY MUSEUM • NIAGARA FALLS USA:

This morning we explore one of America’s most famous places, Niagara Falls with a walk through Cave of the Winds, a natural cave behind Bridal Veil Falls, before we board the Maid of the Mist for an up-close, faceto- face, and slightly damp, encounter with the Falls. “Round and round the merry go round” we go at Herschell Carrousel Factory. Once the pride and joy of North Tonawanda, Herschell Carrousel defined industry in this region and became known as the Home of the Carrousel. Enjoy your ride!
Day 7

SONNENBERG GARDENS • CORNING MUSEUM • DINNER:

Whether strolling through its flowerfilled gardens or touring its magnificent mansion, Sonnenberg Gardens and Mansion is a very special place. The 50-acre estate was a gift to the community of Canandaigua from Frederick Ferris and Mary Clark Thompson, a famous couple of the Gilded Age. Sonnenberg (Sunny Hill in German) was their Victorian summer home and is now a beautiful escape visited by tens of thousands of people each year. Traveling a little bit south, we arrive in Corning NY, famous for being home to the world’s most comprehensive collection of glass, the world’s foremost library on glass, and one of the top glass working schools in the world. Among the Museum’s 50,000 objects, we see items ranging from the portrait of an ancient Egyptian pharaoh to contemporary sculptures. We enjoy an included dinner together before checking into the hotel. (D)
Day 8

WORLD OF LITTLE LEAGUE MUSEUM • WILLIAMSPORT MILLIONAIRES ROW TOUR • HARRISBURG PA • DINNER:

The World of Little League Museum in Williamsport brings the history and spirit of Little League to life with interactive exhibits, treasured artifacts, and inspiring stories from the game’s past and present. Once the Lumber Capital of the World, Williamsport had more millionaires per person than any other city in the USA. We see some Victorian homes and buildings dating back as early as 1855. We arrive later this evening in Harrisburg PA for our overnight and enjoy a farewell dinner. (D)

TRAVEL HOME:

Today we make our way home. So many famous faces and famous places fill our thoughts. Where will we go next?
